Line-sink elements.

Implements line-sinks and line-sink strings for head- or discharge-specified features.

Classes

River	Head-specified line-sink which may optionally have a width and resistance.
Ditch	Line-sink with specified total discharge, and uniform but unknown head.
RiverString	String of head-specified line-sinks with optional width and resistance.
DitchString	String of Ditches with specified discharge and uniform unknown head.
LineSinkDitch	Deprecated alias for Ditch.
LineSinkDitchString	Deprecated alias for DitchString.
HeadLineSink	Deprecated alias for River.
HeadLineSinkString	Deprecated alias for RiverString.
CollectorWell	Collector well: collection of line sinks with a specified total discharge.
